Project Overview
The Payson Station Area Plan is a planning and design effort led by Payson City, Utah Transit Authority (UTA) and the Arcadis Salt Lake City office. The objective is to develop a plan for a Transit-Oriented Community north of the Main Street I-15 interchange, centered around the future UTA FrontRunner station.
Plans will encompass an area within approximately one half mile of the future station, including connections with the future Payson UVU Campus and a blend of future commercial, residential, office, and open space land use on either side of I-15. Planning efforts are ongoing through 2023.
